Our premium loft rooms are the next step up from loft storage. They make full use of your loft, not quite a full loft conversion but can still be used as a non habitable room.

All rooms come with window, Insulation, plaster board and all 2nd fix joinery i.e skirting and architraves. 

All rooms take on average 5-10 working days to complete.

If ladder access is required for access then the installation of a larger hatch is required for access of materials. 

Obviously size is a factor in price but rooms accessed by a space saver stairs start at £5300 or £3600 with timber ladder and hatch access 

For a more substantial office conversion with an independent floor , these start at £10000.
